Outdoor canopy & kitchen design process
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The first step is a FREE 45-minute initial consultation. This might be over the phone, with or without a video call, or a meeting at our showroom. We will discuss your vision and requirements for your new outdoor Canopy and/or Kitchen space.
We then follow this up with a formal quotation and summary of what has been discussed to make sure we have understood your requirements.
After the consultation with us, you will purchase a design deposit of £500.00 to get the ball rolling.
SURVEY
We really hope at this stage we’ve got your brief just right and that you will like us to go ahead with your Canopy and/or Kitchen design, whereby we will now arrange to personally survey your soon to be new outdoor space!
DESIGN & FINAL QUOTATION
Once we have a clearer understanding of your current outdoor space and what you would like to achieve with this area, we will start work on a design… gets exciting now!
We will prepare visualisations of what the area could look like with your new Canopy and/or Kitchen and include key features close to this area, such as boundaries & buildings, furniture and finished floor surfaces. This will help bring the vision for the outdoor space to life and give you something to look forward to!
ORDER & INSTALLATION
The next stage is up to you! If you wish to continue your journey with us, we will write our final confirmation detailing the chosen design of the Canopy and/or Kitchen with all information enclosed such as chosen colours, sizes, installation & delivery.
Next is for manufacturing to be complete. Once everything has been checked by our team, we will arrange delivery & installation with you and once this has been completed – time to enjoy your new outdoor space!
